I am really loving Instagram lately! My favorite thing is that it's actually helping me take more pictures. There was about a 2 year period where I literally had 3 pictures of me and peter.. and now I have so many more! Here are my fav 10 instagram pics from the month of May:

A Few of My Fav Christmas Things!

The other day Benson was looking so cute cuddled up with one of my new Christmas throw pillows (thank you target my love) that I had to take a picture of him... or 90 pictures, whatever.

But it got me thinking that I should take a few more pictures of the things around my house that make me love Christmas the most right now!

last year it was our first christmas together and this year its our first christmas with benson! its fine if you want to judge me for pretending like our dog is our child... i cant help myself.

lighting christmas candles makes my heart beat fast. oh and i suppose peter does too.. see he even got a picture of himself in my favorite christmas things list. lucky guy

these reindeer are my FAV christmas decor purchase this year... i bought them at laurie anna's - a store right by Canton that makes me want to jump around and maybe even weep with my love for all things christmas. its true

clearly the best and most FAV part of my house this christmas - sweet little benzie chillin in the christmas pillows pretty much all day every day...be still my heart.

I think dog lovers everywhere will agree with this statement. I meannn, so what if my dog is barking at you and jumping on you with muddy paws - love me, love him! He can't help it if he's a little scarred from his days as an orphan puppy! Oooh I kid, he's not scarred. I just like making excuses for my precious pup... some may call it enabling. But just look at this face...

Imagine trying to leave for work when your dog has put himself in this position... not fair Benson, not fair.

Oh.my.gosh.

I apologize that this blog has been all about dogs lately, by ohhhh my lord when I stumbled upon this picture on the front page of Etsy, I couldn't resist showing the world! or the 4 people who read this blog. ;)

I mean God knows I love my precious baby benson more than anything, but if I could have this chihuahua (scarf included of course - and it must stay on at all times) I would take him in a second.. Although I think Benson would eat him. The photo is from an Etsy shop called lucy snowe photography... She has some really pretty photography and has been featured in Real Simple! Now I want to wrap a scarf around Benson and do a photo shoot...something tells me he won't cooperate as well as this chihuahua did.

Dog Days

With the building of our new fence (almost!) complete, Peter and I have already started to talk about getting our first dog together! Not right away... but soon hopefully. All this dog talk got me searching around Etsy for cute letterpressed dog stationery. Here are a few things I found!
